<b>A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage</b> is an upscale, two bedroom fully furnished suite in the trendy, historic Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver. The house is a beautifully renovated 1910 Craftsman style bungalow, keeping integrity with its hertiage origins. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting and generous closet space. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room. Hardwood floors and big windows with a view of a lush, garden brighten this area. The Cook's kitchen features a deluxe side by side refrigerator, ceramic top range, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. The unit's private entrance is off a small, private, patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard. We offer a separate private phone line, digital cable TV, DVD/VCR, broadband internet access, in suite washer & dryer and a self catered complimentary continental breakfast, for your first morning. Kitsilano Cottage bungalow is situated on a quiet residential street. It is located a ten minute drive from the University of B.C. and downtown Vancouver. Jericho Beach is a short seven blocks away. The Kitsilano District is renown for its friendly boutique shopping venues and for having some of the very finest restaurants in Greater Vancouver. Many of these shopping and dining establishments are within comfortable and safe walking distance of Kitsilano Cottage.
Cancellation: 30 Days:
Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs.

Once a guest makes a booking, the entire quoted cost of the stay, including taxes is due and payable, at their check-in date. There are no credits issued or refunds for early departures. We always recommend our guests avail themselves of trip cancellation/interruption insurance, in case of emergencies which might necessitate having to not arrive at the appointed time to claim the reservation or having to leave prior to the agreed on departure day.

Pets:
Unfortunately, A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage has no provision to accommodate pets. We would be happy to help you find good boarding facilities for your dog or cat

Smoking:
A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is a non-smoking facility. While smoking outdoors is permitted, absolutely no smoking indoors is allowed.

Rates:
Rates posted here are based on Single or Double Occupancy (2 people sharing 1 bedroom). Additional adults, including a second adult, using the second bedroom (Twin Occupancy) are charged at $50/night/person. Children, 12 years old or under,at the time of the booking are welcome and billed at $25/night/child.

We offer 5% discounts for stays of a minimum 7 consecutive nights and 10% discount for stays of a minimum 14 consecutive nights. Longer stays are quoted on a stay by stay basis and the cost is calculated considering expected demand/income, group size and stay duration.

All rates are posted in Canadian dollars and subject to taxes.

Damage:
By accepting a booking with us, our guests' accept full financial responsibility for any damages to the premises, its contents and surrounding environs. By this guests agree that the cost of damage remediation will be billed to their credit card. Guests further agree that should the remediation cost exceed the credit limit of their credit card, they will, immediately on demand, pay the additional costs.
